We ship our orders from Bali, Indonesia.
All shipping fees are shown on your purchase order invoice.
Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. WITA/UTC, excluding major holidays.
Orders usually ship 5-7 business day after you order is placed.
Estimated transit times are 7-15 Business Days from receipt of your order... please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee if time is spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc.
We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason.
We provide you with an email so you can track your purchase as soon as we ship, if you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam.
Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update on the shipping company website and any inquiries regarding the location of your package should be made to shipping company.
Lena Bernard is not responsible for any lost orders made by the shipping company in transit.
Lena Bernard is not responsible if an order has been delivered to your specified address and was lost, stolen or damaged at that location.
We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you don't, you can send it back to us within 3 days of receipt for a refund to the original shipping address.
Please only use registered or trackable delivery couriers for your return.
Please don't forget to return your item in it's original packaging, with all tags & labels in tact... returns for refunds will only be accepted in original form.
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Please allow 7-14 business days from when the item is received for your returned order to be processed.
